Soft Slicker for PuppiesAmazon Shopping Link: https://amzn.to/493SFHI
The trick to the slicker is to not apply pressure. Let it fall into your dogs fur as you pull it across their coat in the direction the hair lays naturally. Pay particular attention to behind the ears, behind the legs (feathering), and the britches. These are common places tangles can and will happen without attention. This is great for gathering up the soft puppy fuzz as your puppy goes through their first coat change.

My Favorite Slicker For Full Coated AdultsAmazon Shopping Link: https://amzn.to/413HTPU
This is hands down my favorite tool to use during coat blowing, Spring & Fall. I can stand behind my dog and reach to the front and brush them in long strokes the towards me and get an enormous amount of dead shedding undercoat out. Barely any pressure is required as the slicker falls into the coat and does it's job easily. I retired my grooming rake for this slicker and have never looked back.

My Pin Brush Of ChoiceAmazon Shopping Link: https://amzn.to/4eJYlbo
I received one of these brushes as a gift many many years ago and it is still going strong. Every grooming box should have one in my opinion. If you enjoy grooming your dog you may want to look into line brushing. CLICK HERE TO GO TO GROOMING

CombAmazon Shopping Link: https://amzn.to/3Z1JIKt
It wasn't until I took an online grooming class that I realized the power of a metal comb. This single tool can do everything all the above can, it just requires more time and patience.
