To start his career Rowdy was a 4-H Clover Bud's project animal (my nephew's) and learned tricks, showmanship, and what County Fair and Pre-Show were all about. Moving into adolescence he was too handsome not to enter in the AKC Ring so we did and he was very well received!
This handsome devil has consistently been awarded in AKC Conformation, easily earning a place in the Top 20 for 2025 with Team Limelite! Rowdy brings Phenomenal RICH Coloring to the table atop of his extremely balanced structure, moderation, and Gorgeous Breed Type. Couple all this with his Happy, Outgoing, and Sweet Temperament and you have a really Amazing Miniature American Shepherd Dog!

He came to WA just needing a major to wrap up his AKC Champion so we let him join the show team and he came home with not only one, but THREE big fat 5pt majors with champion defeats!
